bez uszczerbku utrzymania koniecznego dla siebie i rodziny ponie\u015b\u0107 \u017c\u0105danego przez notariusza wynagrodzenia, mo\u017ce wyst\u0105pi\u0107 z wnioskiem do s\u0105du rejonowego
